The Website was clear; the list of things collected was very heplpful. Sandy, the woman at the call center in AZ, was personable and did an excellent job of scheduling us the following morning! Crew members Jeff and Kadeem were punctual, pleasant, efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and hard-working. The truck was clean and presented a good face for the business.

We loved this JunkLuggers for many reasons: 1. While other companies were less expensive for a full truck price, JunkLuggers has larger trucks so if you calculate cu.ft., they were the same price but with added value. 2. Their added value is that they have established donation networks to get receipts from. This is part of their business model as they indicate on their website. Other companies do not appear to offer this as the established part of their process. 3. Chris, the owner, gave a quote and stuck to it. They ended up underestimating the amount that needed to be carted off but they still stuck to their quote. 4. They called in advance when there were delays and when there would need to be multiple trips. 5. Their work staff is polite and professional 6. Their payment is electronic. They scan you're card and you can put a tip directly on their phone. Highly recommend their service.

In this day it’s so hard to find good help. Letting you know that the crew who showed up here were the MOST courteous and efficient men I’ve hired throughout my moving process. They called 15 minutes prior to arrival and we’re extremely professional, walking me thru the steps of cost and procedure. Moving things out of the way that I couldn’t and going above and beyond my expectations, especially in this extreme heat! Not to mention so very pleasant to talk with each one of them. They even took the time to bring in my trash barrel from the driveway!! All 3 of them, total gentlemen!! 10 STARS FOR THAT CREW!! I hope you know what you have in those Employees. Any company would be lucky to have them. I’m sincerely impressed!
