We loved this JunkLuggers for many reasons: 1. While other companies were less expensive for a full truck price, JunkLuggers has larger trucks so if you calculate cu.ft., they were the same price but with added value. 2. Their added value is that they have established donation networks to get receipts from. This is part of their business model as they indicate on their website. Other companies do not appear to offer this as the established part of their process. 3. Chris, the owner, gave a quote and stuck to it. They ended up underestimating the amount that needed to be carted off but they still stuck to their quote. 4. They called in advance when there were delays and when there would need to be multiple trips. 5. Their work staff is polite and professional 6. Their payment is electronic. They scan you're card and you can put a tip directly on their phone. Highly recommend their service.
